For People Looking For A Low-Priced Camera, Check Out The Kodak CX7300

By Ori Rosenkrantz

Everyone just likes taking photos and most people always have. I recall one of my first cameras, the Kodak instamatic; I am sure a lot of you can remember or even had one of these cameras. I am sure a lot of you also didn't have permission to use your parents "good" camera that they kept locked up in their bedroom. Naturally, that was then and this is now, and nowadays digital camera have become affordable for nearly everyone. One of the most inexpensive digital cameras is the Kodak CX7300. As little as a couple of years ago, to obtain a 3.0 mega pixel or greater camera, the price tag would have been $250. The fact that you can now find a good quality digital camera for less than $100 is something a lot of people wouldn't have believed a few years ago.

If you are someone wanting a digital camera so you can post your photos online, the Kodak CX7300 is ideal. Anything greater isn't a necessity, so there is no need to shell out more for a higher meg camera.. And although this camera is more inexpensive than most, you will discover that there are some quality features included. Some of these features include recording short movies, red-eye reduction and a 3x digital zoom, on top of other other features you will enjoy. One more thing folks will like about the Kodak CX7300 is how easy it is to use.

You will be amazed at the quality of this camera, especially when you discover you can get it for more or less $100. While the ease of use makes this camera great for the beginner, the quality of the camera is superb even for a more experienced photographer. You even get a modest battery life, which is astonishing for the price of the Kodak CX7300. One thing users like is that they can actually take photographs in black and white if they so desire. If you opt not to get a memory card, you will still be able to snap and store over 65 pictures with the camera's built-in memory. However, if you place the setting on the best quality, you will only be able to keep 17 photos.

You will still be able to shoot great pictures even if you take the setting and set it at the lowest quality. The fact that you can set up the CX7300 on auto means that you won't have to worry about a flash. If the CX7300 needs a flash, it will use it and if not, it won't. You can preview the pictures on the 1.6" LCD screen, and either save or delete them. You can shoot movie clips with the CX7300 also but they are not going to have any sound so it will be more like an old-fashioned silent movie. You will, of course, get a user manual and software for organizing your photographs and learning all the functions of the Kodak CX7300. The camera itself is extremely user-friendly that most people don't read the manual for a couple of weeks because they can use the camera without it.

If you do a search online, you will find both good and bad reviews for the Kodak CX7300. More users offered higher reviews, but there are many people very dissatisfied with the CX7300. Their quality control isn't very good, or users are expecting more from a low-budget camera than they should be.
